Miple Korean Medicine Clinic (the 'Clinic') maintains this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and handle related complaints smoothly, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Information collected on this website
This website does not directly collect personal information such as names and contact details through membership registration or input forms. Consultations and bookings take place through the KakaoTalk channel, Naver booking, and phone, and the privacy policy of each service also applies.
2. Information collected automatically (cookies · visit records)
To improve the service, produce usage statistics, and measure ad performance, the tools below may collect usage records such as pages visited, time spent, clicks and scrolls, device and browser information, and referral sources through cookies and similar means. This information does not directly identify individuals.

3. Information stored in the browser
Pages visited, topics of interest, 'Find my prescription in 1 minute' selections, and the history of personalized notices shown are stored only in the user's browser (localStorage) and used for personalized notice pop-ups. This information is not sent to a server and can be cleared by deleting browser data.
If you arrive through an ad or a search, the keyword you searched for, and the age group, sex and main concern from the “1-minute personal plan” survey, are stored only in your browser and used to show you relevant guidance. They are not sent to a server, nor to analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Clarity.
Answers to the “1-Minute Plan” survey (/plan/) (sex, age group, height, weight, goal, main concern, comorbidities, injection experience) are processed only on the user's browser screen and are neither sent to nor stored on a server. Only what the user copies and sends during a KakaoTalk consultation reaches the clinic.
4. Retention period
Automatically collected information is retained according to each tool's policy, and the Clinic does not use it for purposes other than statistics.
