Why is it hard?

Why is it hard to lose weight at this stage of life?

Irregular meals

It is easy to skip breakfast, rush lunch, and pile your eating into a late dinner. When company dinners and delivery food add up, daily intake easily goes over.

Muscle goes first when you starve

If you lose weight fast by starving, you lose muscle along with it and your metabolism drops. That is why weight comes back easily.

Lack of sleep and stress

When you are short on sleep and stress continues, appetite grows and fat tends to build up around the belly. Men in particular tend to gain weight in the belly first.

If this sounds like you

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • You skip breakfast, rush lunch, and pile your eating into a late dinner.
  • Late-night snacks and delivery food after overtime have become routine.
  • With frequent company dinners, once you slip you give up from the next day.
  • You have lost weight by starving and regained it several times.
  • Your weight is about the same, but your belly sticks out and your body feels heavy.
Miple's prescription

How a Miple prescription works

  1. Body composition testWe check how much body fat and muscle you each have. This is something the number on the scale cannot tell you.
  2. Understanding your lifestyleWe ask about your work hours, meals, drinking, and sleep. We set only rules you can keep.
  3. Start at the right stageWe start at the stage of MYCUT's 7 stages that suits your body now. You take it twice a day, morning and afternoon.
  4. Adjusting monthlyWe change stages based on your muscle mass. In busy months we do not push, and we match the pace.
Diet and lifestyle tips

Try this at home

  • Do not skip meals, and make sure you get protein. A palm-sized portion of lean meat, fish, eggs, or tofu is the guide.
  • At company dinners, eat mostly meat and vegetables, and start by cutting down how often you drink.
  • Go to bed early and get some sunlight during the day. If you want to be more active about it, raise the intensity and add strength training.
  • If you crave a late-night snack, choose something that raises blood sugar less, such as warm milk, a small amount of nuts, or plain yogurt.
  • Keep your bedtime as consistent as you can.

Consultation process

How your care proceeds

First month

Adjusting and finding your stage

You build a rhythm of taking it twice a day and find the stage that suits you. Mild early discomfort gradually eases.

Months 2–3

Monthly body composition check · stage adjustment

We check your body composition each month to see that muscle is not dropping, and adjust your stage.

Maintenance stage

Months 3–6, lowering stages gradually

Over 3–6 months we gradually step the stages down while settling your current eating habits.

This describes the care process. The pace and results of weight loss vary from person to person.

Frequently Asked Questions

20s and 30s: your questions

Can I take it even with frequent company dinners?

Yes. We also guide you on a way of eating that fits your lifestyle.

Is a remote consultation possible?

Yes. The doctor holds the remote consultation in person and sends the medicine by courier.

Can it be uncomfortable at the start?

You may notice mild nausea or palpitations. It is a natural response as the body starts using body fat, not a sign that the medicine is wrong for you, and it usually eases within a few days to 1-2 weeks. Please drink plenty of water.

Is it okay to skip breakfast?

You do not have to eat it. If skipping breakfast leads you to overeat at lunch, it is better to have a light meal centered on protein.

Do you see women too?

We see both men and women. For women, we also check the menstrual cycle and any plans for pregnancy.
